“2017年國際溢油應急研討會”即將于9月18-22日在天津召開，屆時國內外溢油應急領域的各路專家將齊聚天津，共同探討溢油應急中的技術難題和發展方向。本次會議以中國海事局、IMO、IPIECA三方合作框架“全球動議中國項目”（簡稱GI中國項目）為依托，由中國海事局、國際海事組織（IMO）和國際石油工業環境保護協會（IPIECA）主辦，中海油能源發展股份有限公司安全環保分公司承辦。會議議題包含 “溢油風險評估與應急管理”、“溢油應急技術”和“溢油損害評估”三個方面，截止目前會議已注冊80余人，收到中英文稿件60余篇，會議注冊和論文征稿通道仍在開啟中，誠邀您的參加！
歡迎國內外溢油應急技術研究與應用人員就上述會議議題，踴躍投稿，投稿要求英文全文，會議將安排出版會議論文集，優秀論文將推薦EI/SCI期刊收錄。

Event Brief:
2017 International Oil Spill Response Technical Seminar is to be held on 18-22 Sep, 2017 in Tianjin.?
Held under the framework?of GI China Program, the seminar aims to reinforce the cooperation and experience exchange among government and industries, and to improve oil spill response capability on one hand,while on the other hand to build good image of marine environment protection and sustainable development of government and industry. IOSRTS 2017 will provide a platform for the global academics and experts to exchange the advance research and technology associated with oil spill risk assessment and contingency management, oil spill response disposal and damage assessment as well as deepwater oil spill response.?
Experts, researchers and anyone who are engaged in oil spill response practice and R&D are welcomed to participate in the seminar. The secretariat will provide a seminar website for registration.
Papers and Posters：Papers to be submitted should be?in English.?If it is in?Chinese,?the secretariat?would like to provide translation. All?papers?will be rigorously reviewed prior to?acceptance.? The accepted papers will be included in the Conference proceedings, which will be available at the Conference and for worldwide distribution. Posters should be prepared according to template and size requirements.
