OMV向Perenco出售突尼斯Ashtart油田50%權益

中國石化新聞網訊 據油氣在線休斯敦8月2日消息，奧地利OMV公司已經向總部設在倫敦的Perenco公司出售了突尼斯Ashtart海洋油田50%股權，具體的價格沒有透露。
去年OMV在這個位于加貝斯海灣的油田獲得的平均份額油為3000桶標油/天。
此次交易包括OMV在運營公司SEREPT持有的50%股權。突尼斯國家石油公司持有Ashtart 油田和SEREPT 50%股權。

The Austrian company’s average share of production from the Gulf of Gabes field last year was 3,000 boe/d. The transaction includes OMV’s 50% stake in the operating company SEREPT. Tunisian National Oil Co. holds 50% of Ashtart and SEREPT. Perenco operates El Franig, Baguel, and Tarfa gas and condensate fields in central Tunisia with 50% interests.
