A 700,000-barrel load of Permian Basin oil left Corpus Christi on Saturday. Occidental’s terminal on the Gulf of Mexico had to stop operating for several days because of Hurricane Harvey. The company can load up to 300,000 barrels a day of oil and will start exporting more in the coming days, alleviating congestion for crude producers in West Texas. ?
