EIA預測美國汽油價格將回落

Prices surged to a $2.69 a gallon this week after Hurricane Harvey hobbled Gulf Coast refineries. That’s the highest weekly average since August 2015, according to the EIA. The agency expects retail prices price to average $2.61 in September, up 25c from its previous forecast in August. But by December, prices will be back to $2.23, the EIA says. ?
