石油圈中國石化新聞網訊 據《油氣加工》12月4日休斯敦報道，殼牌中游合作伙伴公司日前簽署了一項價值8.25億美元的買賣協議，從殼牌公司麾下的全資子公司收購5個產品終端的100%股份以及墨西哥灣兩條走廊管道和兩條陸上戰略管道的部分股份。 此次收購價格幾乎是這些資產2018年預期調整以后EBITDA的7.9倍并預計將立即給單位信托證券持有者增值。 殼牌中游合作伙伴公司打算在新的和現有的信貸措施下通過借款來為收購提供資金。 據悉，此次收購預計將在今年12月1日前后結束。 李峻 編譯自 油氣加工 原文如下： Shell Midstream Partners to acquire additional assets from Shell Shell Midstream Partners, L.P. entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire from wholly owned subsidiaries of Shell a 100% interest in five products terminals and partial interest in two Gulf of Mexico corridor pipelines and in two strategic onshore pipelines for $825 MM. The acquisition price reflects an approximate 7.9 times multiple of the assets’ forecasted 2018 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization and is expected to be immediately accretive to unitholders. Shell Midstream Partners intends to fund the acquisition with borrowings under new and existing credit facilities. The acquisition is expected to close around Dec. 1, 2017.
