石油圈中國石化新聞網訊 據普氏能源資訊網新加坡1月3日消息，據標準普爾全球普氏能源資訊的月度調查顯示，去年12月份中國東部山東省的地方煉油廠的原油進口量環比增加約8%達到749萬噸，或177萬桶/天。
據煉油廠知情人士稱，12月份進口量的增加主要是因為包括東明石化在內的一些地方煉油廠在年底截止期限前試圖用完原油進口配額。

The rise in December imports was mainly on the back of a few refineries trying to use up their crude import quotas by the year-end deadline, including Dongming Petrochemical, according to refinery sources. Dongming in December received crude imports totaling 1.51 million mt, overtaking ChemChina as the biggest buyer among the independent refineries during the month. The imports had spiked 81.3% month on month.
