埃尼與黎巴嫩簽署兩份油氣勘探和開采協議

中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯2月10日消息，意大利石油巨頭埃尼公司周五表示，公司已經與黎巴嫩簽署兩份油氣勘探和開采協議。
埃尼公司表示，這兩份協議是黎巴嫩石油管理局發起的首輪國際競爭的海洋油氣許可證招標活動的結果，進一步加強了埃尼在地中海東部的存在。這兩份協議涵蓋位于黎巴嫩4號和9號深水區塊。
埃尼在這兩個區塊擁有40%的權益，道達爾作為作業者擁有40%的權益，俄羅斯諾瓦泰克持有剩余的20%權益。 張春曉 摘譯自 道瓊斯 原文如下： Eni Signs Two Agreements With Lebanon Eni SpA (ENI.MI) said Friday that it has signed two exploration-and-production agreements with Lebanon. The Italian company said the agreements are the result of the first international competitive offshore licensing round launched by the Lebanese Petroleum Authority, and further strengthens Eni’s presence in the eastern Mediterranean. The agreements cover blocks 4 and 9, which are located in the deep waters offshore Lebanon. Eni holds a 40% participation interest in both blocks, Total SA (FP.FR) is the operator with a 40% stake and Novatek (NVTK.MZ) holds the remaining 20%.
