石油圈中國石化新聞網訊 據普氏能源資訊3月21日新加坡報道，一名公司消息人士周三（21日）說，在啟動了新的石腦油作為原料的蒸汽裂解裝置以后，由中國海洋石油總公司和殼牌石化公司組成的各擁有50%股份的合資企業中海殼牌石油化工有限公司（簡稱 CSPC）預計將在4月底前在中國南部廣東省惠州市啟動其新的30萬噸/年線性低密度聚乙烯廠和40萬噸/年高密度聚乙烯廠。 CSPC在同一個地方擁有一個現有的26萬噸/年的高密度聚乙烯廠和一個25萬噸/年的低密度聚乙烯廠。 這個具有120萬噸/年乙烯產能的新蒸汽裂解裝置和兩個新聚乙烯廠是CSPC二期項目的一部分。二期項目還能年產63萬噸苯乙烯單體、60萬噸多元醇、48萬噸乙二醇、30萬噸氧化丙烯和15萬噸環氧乙烷。 李峻 編譯自 普氏能源資訊 原文如下： China’s CSPC to start up new Huizhou polyethylene plants by end-April CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited, or CSPC, expects to start up its new 300,000 mt/year linear low density polyethylene and 400,000 mt/year high density polyethylene units at Huizhou in southern China’s Guangdong province by end-April after the startup of the new naphtha-fed steam cracker, a company source said Wednesday.
CSPC has an existing 260,000 mt/year HDPE plant and a 250,000 mt/year low density polyethylene plant at the same site.
The new steam cracker, with an ethylene production capacity of 1.2 million mt/year, and the two new PE plants are part of CSPC’s phase two project that can also produce 630,000 mt/year of styrene monomer, 600,000 mt/year of polyols, 480,000 mt/year of ethylene glycol, 300,000 mt/year of propylene oxide and 150,000 mt/year of ethylene oxide. CSPC is a 50:50 joint venture between CNOOC and Shell.
