(MSMN.LN) said Wednesday that the government of the Northern Territory of Australia approved an extension to the company’s time frame for an exploration permit in the region. The oil-and-gas company said that under the newly approved time frame it would drill its first well at Exploration Permit EP 145 in the Amadeus Basin by Aug. 21, 2019, and its second one 12 months later. This allows for more time to conduct technical work and to explore financing options, it said. The company also said that reprocessed seismic data has shown positive results, with better definition than originally expected, especially of the deeper zones. ?
