更多非常規石油產量即將涌入市場

中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯4月11日消息，國際能源署（IEA）署長比羅爾稱，油價持續上漲或將預示著第二波非常規石油生產活動的到來，比如美國頁巖油和巴西等國的海洋石油生產活動等。比羅爾在新德里國際能源論壇上表示，雖然過去10年美國頁巖油的開發已經成為全球石油市場的“游戲改變者”，但他認為，僅靠頁巖油不足以滿足未來需求，因為在2015年前后油價暴跌之后全球石油行業整體資本支出放緩。 唐紹紅 摘譯自 道瓊斯 原文如下： More Unconventional Oil Output on the Way The ongoing rise in oil prices will likely herald a “second wave” of unconventional production like US shale and offshore action in locales such as Brazil, says IEA chief Fatih Birol. He told the International Energy Forum conference in New Delhi that while the past decade’s development of US shale has been a “game changer,” he doesn’t see it being enough on its own to meet future demand because of a slowdown in overall industry capital spending after the mid-decade plunge in oil prices.
