挪國油將英國油田17%股權出售給Verus

中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯5月1日消息，挪威國家石油公司Statoil周一表示，公司已經同意將英國Alba油田中所持有的17%的股權出售給Verus石油公司。 雪佛龍公司負責作業的Alba油田位于英國北海中部地區，挪國油是在1995年參與其中。截止當前，該油田已經生產約4.2億桶石油。2017年挪國油在該油田的份額油約為2300桶/天。 該交易還有待合作伙伴以及監管機構的批準。 唐紹紅 摘譯自 道瓊斯 原文如下： Statoil Sells 17% Stake in UK Oil Field to Verus Petroleum Norway’s Statoil said Monday that it has agreed to sell its 17% non-operated interest in U.K. oil field Alba to Verus Petroleum. Chevron Corp. (CVX)-operated Alba is in the U.K. Central North Sea that Statoil entered in 1995. To date, the field has produced around 420 million barrels of oil. Statoil’s equity production in 2017 was around 2,300 barrels per day. The deal is subject to partner and regulatory approval. ?
