英力士推進美墨西哥灣沿岸EO及衍生物項目

中國石化新聞網訊 據烴加工在線6月7日消息，英力士氧化物公司宣布，在完成具體研究后，公司正在推進位于美國墨西哥灣沿岸新建環氧乙烷（EO）和環氧乙烷衍生物（EOD）生產設施項目的下一個階段工作。公司計劃該項目在2022年建成投產。
英力士正計劃新建一套年產約27萬噸/年的EO裝置，同時還將建設乙氧基化物衍生物生產設施。
英力士正在選擇美國墨西哥灣沿岸的幾個地方作為該項目的場址，并正在積極推進評價EO技術。

INEOS Oxide to move forward with construction of Ethylene Oxide, Ethylene Oxide Derivatives facility in U.S. Gulf Coast INEOS Oxide announced that following a detailed study it is moving forward with the next stage of its project to construct an Ethylene Oxide (EO) and Ethylene Oxide Derivatives (EOD) facility on the U.S. Gulf Coast. It is planned that the asset will be operational in 2022. INEOS is planning a plant that is initially capable of producing around 270 ktpa (600 million pounds) of EO, with ethoxylate derivative capacity on-site. INEOS is considering several sites on the U.S. Gulf Coast and is well advanced in evaluating competing EO technologies. Confirmation of the investment location and technology partner are expected later this year. ?
