挪國油斥資4億歐元收購丹麥能源貿易公司

中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯7月6日消息，挪威國家石油公司Equinor周五表示，公司已經同意斥資4億歐元（4.674億美元）收購丹麥能源貿易公司丹斯克大宗商品公司（Danske Commodities），因為挪國油正在由一家上游油氣公司轉型成為一家業務廣泛的能源公司。
丹麥丹斯克大宗商品公司是一家短期電力的貿易商，在短期天然氣交易中很活躍，并提供能源市場服務。
挪國油表示，該公司將在可再生能源領域建立一個重要的工業地位，并預計到2030年將投資15%-20%的資本支出用于新能源解決方案。

Equinor ASA (EQNR.OS) said Friday that it has agreed to buy Danish energy trading company Danske Commodities for 400 million euros ($467.4 million) as it transitions from an upstream oil-and-gas company to becoming a broad energy company. Denmark-based Danske Commodities is a short-term electricity trader, is active in short-term gas trading and provides energy-market services. Equinor said it is building a material industrial position in profitable renewable energy, and expects to invest 15%-20% of its capital expenditure in new energy solutions by 2030. ?
