薩比克獲準收購瑞士科萊恩約25%股份

????中國石化新聞網訊 據TABNinfo.com網站9月12日瑞士蘇黎世報道，總部位于瑞士的全球特種化學品行業領袖的科萊恩公司（Clariant）說，全球多元化化學品領袖的沙特基礎工業公司（薩比克/Sabic）日前表示，薩比克已獲準收購瑞士科萊公司的24.99%股份。
????科萊恩公司在其公司網站上刊登的一份聲明中表示：“未來幾天將無條件結束此次收購。此次收購使薩比克成為科萊恩公司最大的戰略錨定股東，也是除Sud-Chemie前股東集團以外的第二大錨定股東?！?br /> ????薩比克是全球第三大多元化化學產品企業，也是科萊恩公司在Catalyst& Scientific Design合資企業中的長期合作伙伴。
