Natural gas for December delivery ended up a stunning 18%, or 74 cents, at $4.8370 a million British thermal units on the New York Mercantile Exchange. It was the largest one-session increase in percentage terms since Sept. 29, 2004, and the most in dollar terms since Jan. 30, 2007. The closing level Wednesday was the highest closing price since Feb. 26, 2014. Prices are 37% higher over the past four sessions. ?
