出光興產計劃本周重啟北海道煉油廠內RFCC裝置

中國石化新聞網訊 據路透社東京11月14日消息，日本煉油商出光興產公司高管們表示，公司正準備本周重新啟動位于日本北部北海道煉油廠內的一套3.3萬桶/日渣油流化催化裂化（RFCC）裝置。 出光興產公司已經于今年10月份重啟了北海道煉油廠內的一套15萬桶/日的原油蒸餾裝置。該裝置因地震導致電力中斷而被迫于9月6日起關停。 出光興產公司高管們表示，在RFCC裝置重啟后，公司計劃逐步提高原油蒸餾裝置的開工率水平，直至滿負荷生產。 張春曉摘譯自 路透社 原文如下： Japan’s Idemitsu to restart quake-shut Hokkaido RFCC this week-officials Japanese oil refiner Idemitsu Kosan Co is preparing to restart the 33,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) residue fluid catalytic cracker (RFCC) at Hokkaido refinery in northern Japan this week, senior company officials said. The company restarted the sole 150,000 bpd crude distillation unit (CDU) at Hokkaido refinery last month. It had been shut since Sept. 6 following a blackout caused by an earthquake. After the restart of RFCC, the company plans to gradually raise the run rate of CDU to full, officials said. ?
