Estimates compiled Tuesday from 10 analysts and traders surveyed showed U.S. oil inventories are projected to have fallen by 3.1 million barrels, on average, in the week ended Dec. 14. All 10 analysts expect oil stockpiles to fall. Forecasts range from a decrease of 1.2 million barrels to 4.4 million barrels. ?
