The companies that have submitted applications are Tullow Oil, Total, ENI, Cairn, Harmony Oil and Gas Corporation, ExxonMobil, Qatar Petroleum [QATPE.UL], BP, Vitol [VITOLV.UL], Global Petroleum Group, Aker Energy, First E&P, Kosmos, Sasol and Equinor.
