Deadline for submission of applications under Prequalification procedure:
For 1st Phase: May 19th, 2016 until 4.00 PM (local time).
For 2nd Phase: December 31st, 2017
All bids received after 31th December 31st , 2017 shall not be considered.

資料預審資料提交：
1）Documentation preparation: The Supplier shall submit their Qualification documentation in writing, by using prescribed template and filling in the required information for the qualification procedure (Table 1). Each Supplier shall submit complete documentation to verify each specified qualification criterion requested in the “Qualification criteria” form.
2）The Bidder is allowed to submit one Application only, either independently or jointly within a consortium.

付款條件：
Acceptable payment terms are:
1)payment 60 days after delivery;
2)100% advance payment with an opened advanced payment guarantee.

Once bidder has successfully passed prequalification procedure, about which he will be timely informed by the NIS a.s.c. Novi Sad, he is obtaining status of a qualified bidder for participating in this tender, and such status is valid for one year.After prequalification procedure is finished, NIS a.s.c. Novi Sad will, only to those Bidders who have obtained qualified bidder status, distribute Invitation for submission of commercial and technical bids for procurement of Casing and Tubing.?
