招標內容：提供套管井錄井設備和服務，要求能應用于豎直井、傾斜井、水平井以及高溫/高壓井，合同形式為隨需合同。

工作范圍包括但不限于以下：
Cased hole logging and equipment services shall include but not be limited to – Pulse Neutron capture, Pulse Neutron Spectroscopy (C-O log), Cased Hole Neutron, Cased Hole Gamma Ray, Cased Hole Resistivity, Cased Hole Formation Testing, Cased Hole Side Wall Coring, Casing Gauge Rings, Cased Hole Packer Setting Tool. Full Bore Spinner, Inline Spinner, Inflatable Packer, Temperature Log, Multipoint Capacitance Log (or resistivity equivalent), Oxygen Activation Log, Noise Log, Differential Pressure, Nuclear Fluid Density, Nuclear Tracers, and Cement Bond Logging. Jet / perforation, Cement Dump Bailers.

投標要求：
1）投標方通過尼日利亞投標資格預審系統類別的審核
3.04.10 Electrical Logging/Calibration and 3.04.29 Cased Hole Logging Services
2）Demonstrate that the entity is a wholly owned Nigerian company, or in genuine partnership with foreign companies, and that the company is not a commissioned agent.

截止時間：
2016年6月3日前通過NJQS相應類別的審核才能受邀參與技術投標。
