Pre-Qualification criteria:
The bidder should be a drilling/workover rig contractor having minimum 3 year experience in providing services for charter hiring of Drilling /Workover rigs. Documents required to substantiate the required experience are: Bidder should submit copies of respective contracts showing (a) Name of Operator with complete address (b) Duration (start & end) of contract & (c) Type of Rig offered in the Contract(s), along with documentary evidence in respect of satisfactory execution of each of those contracts.
