General specification:
1. Pumps choosing according to API 610 last edition standard
2. Material in contact with liquid handled should be 316SS, ASTM A743 CF-8M
3. Pumps type: overhung
4. Number of stage: single stage
5. Capacity: 500 m3/hr
6. NPSH available: 5 m
7. Discharge pressure: 4 bar
8. Suction pressure (bar): min 0.2, norm 0.5, max 0.7
9. The shaft for all pumps should be protected from the wear by installing the shaft sleeve at the shaft seal device.
10. Pump should be furnished with cartridge mechanical seal, single API 682, plan 11
11. Pumps should be furnished with flexible (non – sparking) coupling spacer type.
12. The oil seal should be Labyrinth oil seals made from non sparking metal
13. Base plate type should be: Heavy duty PIP compliant fabricated steel base plate ,drain pan .
