內容：Tender Information: to seek a supplier to provide coiled tubing service
1. CONTRACTOR is expected to provide Coiled Tubing Units capable of performing Coiled Tubing services that cover the following WORK activities

2 .CONTRACTOR is expected to provide Nitrogen lift with / without coiled tubing and pipe line displacement with nitrogen.

3. operation capacity
a)CT Service and Nitrogen lifting Operation service: 60 wells
b)Coiled tubing well washing: 3 wells
c)Coiled tubing well testing: 2 wells
d)Nitrogen lift without coiled tubing: 10 wells
e)Nitrogen Displacement: 10 times

Note: the well numbers and work scope is estimated not confirmed.

資格預審文件：
Participants should provide relevant pre-qualification documents according to the following requirements:

1．General introduction of the participants (including Manufacturer)
Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, technological capacity, scope of business and quality assurance capability etc.) and Qualification certificate —required
Manufacturer Authorization Letter (Note: Agents need to provide the manufacturer’s authorization letter.) –if applicable

Note: Agent is not acceptable in this campaign.

2. Professional qualification documents of the participants(including manufacturer)
Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications –required

3．Introduction to the production capacity of the manufacturer (main products, production technology and Production facility capacity)– if applicable

4．Historical performance of sales or service of relevant products both at home and abroad in recent 5 years –required

5．Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three years and Bank credit certificates — required

6. The winner of the tender should pay all announcing fee

7．Other materials should be supplemented if needed
