招標內容：提供定向鉆井、隨鉆測井服務
Tender Information: to seek 2 suppliers to provide the MWD and DD service .
1. 2 suppliers provide 4(Normal )+2(Call out) sets of DD&MWD technical service to supporting 5-6 drilling rigs operation. Each supplier provide 2(Normal)+1(Call out) sets of DD&MWD technical service.

2. The equipment and tool shall include but not limited the MWD with GR, single-shot and EMS survey tool, NMDC, short NMDC, Non-magnetic heavy weight drill pipe, and positive displacement motor, surface equipment, etc.

3. Provide qualified crew and personnel with good experience in the Middle East and Iraq.

4. Provide two fixed years and one optional year service, about 50 horizontal wells in year 2017-2018;

5. The suppliers shall build their base camp and relevant facilities, all cost will be charged by themselves. Al-Waha will provide catering service in the drilling site only;

6. The suppliers shall be responsible for their own mobilization and demobilization and the relevant cost between the origin of the equipment and Al-Waha Ahdeb oilfield.

7. The suppliers shall provide armored vehicle at their own cost to transport their expats between their base camp and Company’s drilling site.

8. The equipment and personnel shall be mobilized to Al-Waha Ahdeb Oilfield and functional ready in December of 2016.

Participants should provide relevant pre-qualification documents according to the following requirements:
1. General introduction of the participants (including Manufacturer if applicable)

Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, technological capacity, scope of business and quality assurance capability etc.) and Qualification certificate —required

Note: Agent is not acceptable in this campaign.

2. Professional qualification documents of the participants(including manufacturer if applicable )
?Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications –required

3. Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three years and Bank credit certificates — required.

4. Numbers of this type of equipment to be supplied are currently been deployed by Participants.

5. The statistic of directional drilling activities in the last 5 years detailed with year, country, operator, oil field, well type, well displacement and horizontal interval, etc.

6. HSE performance in recent years.

7. Participants’ organization chart of management in the Middle East or Iraq area.

8. Information about the supporting base in Iraq area if available.

9. Plan and schedule or relevant workshop and facilities to repair and maintain Participants’ major equipment and tools.

10. The winner of the tender should pay all announcing fee

11. Other materials should be supplemented if needed.
