招標內容：MAINTENANCE, OPERATION & UPGRADE OF INTEGRATED?CONTROL AND SAFEGUARDING SYSTEMS (ICSS) AT THE EA (SEA EAGLE) FPSO REFERENCE

工作內容包括：
1）EA ICSS Maintenance:
? Guaranteed FSR support on the Foxboro I/A and TRICONEX safeguarding systems
? Modification & Testing of ICSS support equipment within package boundaries
? FSR cover for 3rd party integrated systems tied to the ICSS system
? Post Upgrade issues on TRICONEX and requisite update on PT2 files and regular data back-up

2）Topsides Fire Detection System Replacement:
? Supply of hardware IR Fire detectors, System cabinets & System Design
? Installation of IR Fire Detectors, System Cabinets & Software changes to re-program Triconex Logic
? Testing, Commissioning & System integration to the existing ICSS Infrastructure

3）EA Further Oil Development Project FOD and DCS Modification for Gas lift implementation:
? Software changes to re-program Triconex Logic, re-configure DCS Control and Operator Graphics.
? Tie-in to existing infrastructure, Commissioning of ICSS Systems and As-built Documentation

NB: Other scope to be developed in scoping workshop
