Note:
1. Payment shall be by letter of credit, and advance payment shall be only for project tenders.
2. Performance bond equal to 5% of contract value should be submitted by the contractor after awarding of tender and before signing of contract.
3. The price should be (CIP, CFR, CIF, FOB)
4. An original copy of company foundation documents that should be ratified by the foreign ministry of the participants country and the Iraqi embassy required once a year.
5. The delivery period can be fixed by our company and the written price is dependant in case of difference with number.
6. In case of reannouncement, the bidder can attach the bill of collecting the tender documents with the offers.
7. The qualifications of the technical team and the specialist workers should be submitted with all equipment and the special vehicles.
8. Manufacture: weldotherm, PDS Bartech, Cooperheat. Origin: USA, West Europe.
