According the following:
1)Bid Bond : (for foreign Bidder) (600) Euro or any equivalent transferable currency or in Syrian Pounds paid by Bidder or agent name acc. What is stated in financial and legal T/Book.
(for Local Bidder) (300000) Syrian Pounds acc. what is stated in financial and legal T/Book.

2)Performance bond : in ratio of 5% out of order amount acc. what is stated in financial and legal T/Book.

3) The last date for receiving offers: end of official working hours of 31,A UG .2016.

4)Prices (for Local Bidder) : Delivery SPC Oil Field Warehouses (Mi,idle Area).
Prices (for Foreign Bidder):FOB Stowed and CFR, provided that prices should be submitted in Euro or any equivalent transferable currency .

5) Delivery period: -A:(for Foreign Bidder) :4 Months FOB, 6 Months CFR
– B: (for local Bidder): 6 Months Delivery (Middle Area)
Fields Warehouses.

6)Offer’s validity: 120 days starting from the day that follows the closing date.

7)Partial quotation: Unaccepted.

8)Payment method : for local Bidder and foreign Bidder according what is stated in the financial and legal T/Book related to them.

9)Local Bidder shall submit a document of subscription in the Official Advertising Bulletin, in case the value of his offer exceeds one million Syrian Pounds, otherwise his offer will be refused documentally.

10)Local Bidder should submit all documents shown in article no. (11.) para (A) of Law 51 for the Year 2004 and according what is stated in financial and legal T/Book provided that no more than (3) months pass the date ofits issiiance; Public Sector’s Establishments are exempted from submitting said documents;
