Note:
1. The offer has to be submitted in the name of the company that has purchased the tender documents.
2. Payment will be by an irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) in foreign currency (for both local and international bidders).
3. The delivery period is essential to the qualification of the offer and has to be not exceed 180 days and will commence as of the date of the operative.
4. All supplied equipment must be brand-new, not remanufactured and as per API standards.
5. Provide with:
a. QAP&ITP before start manufacturing
b. Third party inspection certificate as per BS EN 10204: 2004 type 3.2 with product identification, serial NO.
c. Preshipment certificate
d. Built as per API standards and specifications, API Spec 16 C.
