The Bidder should submit the appropriate API certificate.
The Bidder should submit its Bid pursuant to the technical specification which is an integral part of this technical assignment.
The Bidder must assume the responsibility for the delivered goods which might be worse than the contracted i.e. the specified ones.
The Bidder shall deliver the equipment passport with the original manufacturer’s serial number.
The goods should be delivered from the factory for which the valid API certificate has been submitted.
The aboveground electrical equipment should be Ex-proof.
