1、The tender fee shall be collected through online payment gateway only, in case of e-procurement tenders.
2、The prospective bidders can create their bid online only after payment of tender fee.
3、Indian Agents cannot purchase tender documents on behalf of their foreign principals, in case of e-procurement tenders.
4、The payment of tender fee through electronic payment gateway can be made using Credit Card, Debit Card or any cash card or internet banking.
5、 Any subsequent reversal/non-realisation of e-payment would lead to rejection of bids submitted by such bidders.
6、No separate proof for sale of bidding document shall be required to be submitted along with the bid made by bidders in e-procurement tenders.
