資質預審標準：
1. Technical Pre-qualification Criteria
Bidder to Be Original manufacturer (OEM) of offered Transmitters having service offices in India. For OEM: Income Tax Card/ PAN Card/ Establishment Proof/ Incorporation/Catalogue to submitted along with the offer in order to qualify for the bid.
2. Commercial Pre-qualification criteria
2.1 The bidder should have an Annual Turnover of Rs 43.40 Lakhs /64,585 USD (min) in any one of last three financial years. As a proof for turnover, bidder is required to submit copy of the Audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss account along with the Techno-commercial Bid (i.e. Unpriced Part).
2.2 The bidder should have executed orders for “Pressure/Temperature/Differential Pressure Type (DP, Level or Flow) Smart Electronic Transmitters” On FOR / FOB Dispatch Point basis during any of the last five years ending on last day of the Month immediately previous to the Month in which last date of bid submission falls.
