背景介紹：
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), operator of NNPC/MPN Joint Ventures
plans to carry out Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Pumping Services on wells located
in their Joint Venture (JV) acreage for an anticipated contract term of two (2) firm years with a one (1) year optional renewal period (2+1). Contract is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2017.

工作內容：involve provision of personnel, equipment, and consumables associated with Coiled Tubing Equipment and Nitrogen Pumping services to be utilized on a periodic callout basis. Equipment will include; skid mounted coiled tubing unit, 1-1/2 or 2″ coiled tubing string, downhole tools, work reel, injector head, operators control cabin, data acquisition, power pack unit, fluid
pumping unit, pressure control equipment, coiled tubing lifting frame (complete
with associated equipment), chemical tanks, mixing tanks, nitrogen, nitrogen
tanks and spare components. System provided to be rated for 10,000 psi working
pressure. Individual component dead weight for lifting onto the MODU is limited to 45 metric tons Contractor shall provide qualified and competent personnel to install, operate and maintain Contractor’s equipment during normal Completion and Work over operations as well as effective, competent and real time supervision of Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Pumping Service during the planning and onsite execution of work program.
