項目內容：
Port of Saldanha:
Establish a rig repair facility at the proposed Berth 205.
Establish a ship repair facility at the Mossgas quay area.
Port of Richards Bay: Establish new ship repair facilities.
Port of East London: Upgrade the existing boat building facilities.

Interested Persons or consortiums comprising two or more Persons are requested to supply the information requested in this EOI and to express their interest to participate in one or more of the Projects.
