Requirement Note:
1. In case the bidder and the manufacturer are different, then the bidder must provide an original Authority letter/ OEM certificate from the manufacturer with the technical bid.
2. The manufacture should have PR2 Lab and the Valves should be PR2 certified
3. Only forged tubing spools, bonnet flange, cross, gate valves, flanges etc. will be acceptable, bidder to provide a clear cut confirmation in this regard in the technical bid.
4. The desired delivery period is 6 month C&F/FOR Karachi from the day of L/c establishment. Bids with more than 6 months delivery period may not be considered for evaluation.
5. Bidder to confirm that the third party inspection(TPI) report verified by OGDCL will be provided with the shipping documents for L/c encashment, OGDCL will arrange the TPI.
