注意事項：
1. The stockpile location for Line pipes is Kotputli (Rajasthan) & Sampla (Haryana) to be arranged and maintained by bidder.
2. The stockpile location for Station Pipes is Mohanpura (Rajasthan), Rewari (Haryana) & Panipat (Haryana) of IOCL.
3. In the tender where the option of ERW/LSAW/ HSAW pipe is given, the bidder in its offer shall indicate the type of pipe manufacturing process considered.
4. As per-meter rate to be indicated in BOQ is all inclusive rate (inclusive of all levies and taxes) at stockpile location, bidder shall indicate applicable rate of excise duty and CST considered in their per-meter rate, in respective column given in BOQ for reference purpose.
5. C-form shall not be issued for this procurement.
6. Commencement of delivery within 4 months from the date of PO and completion within 8 months from the date of PO, with continuous delivery of pipes during this period. This is for complete scope of work including unloading and stacking of pipes at respective stockpile locations.
