LUKOIL MID-EAST LIMITED

Announcement of Tender No. LOM/643/10-2015 for Provision of Installation and Maintenance of SCS, FOCL and IT equipment for the West Qurna (Phase 2), Republic of Iraq

LUKOIL MID-EAST LIMITED, a designated Operator for the West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area in the Republic of Iraq, is developing the West Qurna- 2 oil field under the Development and Production Service Contract signed with the South Oil Company of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil.

Any legal entities, domestic and foreign companies, possessing the experience in implementation of the projects similar in nature to the subject of the Tender, which are allowed by the legislation of the Republic of Iraq and/or by their country of certification to perform their activities in the Republic of Iraq, are invited to participate in the Tender.

Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements specified in the Tender Documentation, including the following:

a) Have average annual turnover for the last 3 (three) years in the amount of not less than 2,000,000.00 (two million) US dollars;
b) Have appropriate licenses, permits, certificates and/or other documents that give right for the Bidder to perform design and construction works similar by nature to the subject of the Tender;
c) Have experience in supply, installation and maintenance of Structured Cabling Systems (SCS), Fiber-Optic Cable Lines (FOCL) and IT equipment in at least 3 (three) similar contracts within the last 3 (three) years in the Republic of Iraq;
d) Have available key personnel to be engaged in Contract execution;
e) Have a registered operating office in the Republic of Iraq;
f) Provide required Bid Bond.

A full set of the Tender Documentation will be made available to the Bidders upon their submission of a written application along with sufficient information confirming that the Bidder meets the minimum qualification requirements listed above. Bidders applications prepared on their formal letterhead signed by an authorized person shall be delivered before 6:00 p.m. (Dubai Time) on February 29th, 2016, by e-mail toVladislav.Zubenko@lukoil-overseas.com copy to Vladislav.Nasyrov@lukoil-overseas.com.

The Bidders written request for the Tender Documentation shall contain the following information:
? Full name of company, mail address, telephone, fax, e-mail address, full name of contact person and their e-mail address.
Upon receipt of a written application as noted above, the COMPANY will send the Tender Documentation by e-mail to the Bidders email address, without any responsibility by the COMPANY for loss or late delivery.
Bidders shall make sure to deliver their Envelopes with Bids to the address specified in the Tender Documentation before 6:00 p.m. (Dubai Time) on March 9th, 2016.
