Note:
1. Bidder should have a legally valid class 3 Digital certificate as per Indian IT Act from the licensed Certifying Authority operating under the Root Certifying Authority of India (RCAI), Controller of certifying Authorities (CCA) of India.
2. Tender document may be viewed and downloaded by Guest login into the ONGCs e-procurement site i.e. https://etender.ongc.co.in. Firms desiring to bid against e-tenders should obtain user ID and password through system by clicking on to New Bidder Apply for Access Authorization tab and following the instructions given therein. The tender fee may be paid through the payment gateway of ONGCs e-procurement site.
3. The payment of tender fee through electronic payment gateway can be made using Credit Card. Any subsequent reversal of such payment would lead to an outright rejection of that particular bid.
4. The prospective bidders can create their bid online only after payment of tender fee. Indian Agents cannot purchase tender documents on behalf of their foreign principals, in case of e-procurement tenders.
