注意事項：
1. The items shall be brand new, unused & of prime quality. The manufacturer shall warrant (in the event of an order) that the product supplied will be free from all defects & fault in material, workmanship & manufacture and shall be in full conformity with ordered specifications. This clause shall be valid for 18 months from date of shipment or 12 months from date of commissioning of the items, whichever is earlier.
2. Bidder must provide detailed specifications of the offered product and should forward relevant Catalogue, Drawing, and Literature (in printed form, not in computer media such as floppies or CDs) indicating the quoted items along with the quotation.
3. Items shall be manufactured, tested & certified as per API Spec. 6A (Latest Edition) (PSL-3). In support of manufacturing the item as per API, the bidder should submit copies of API 6A (Minimum PSL-2 for valves) certificates with validity covering minimum 5 (FIVE) years continuously reckoned prior to the original bid closing date of the tender. However, the valid API 6A certificate should have PSL-3 for valves.
4. Bidder should forward a list of recommended spares for two (02) years operation for the quoted items indicating part numbers, quantity & unit price separately along with the quotation in the commercial bid and categorically confirm the same in the technical bid (price should not be mentioned in the technical bid).
5. Markings (including API monogram) shall be done as per API Spec 6A (Latest Edition), PSL-3. Additionally purchase order number shall be weld written on suitable place at the items. Bidders shall confirm compliance to the same while quoting.
6. Bidder should categorically confirm in the technical bid a delivery schedule within four (04) months, FOB Port of dispatch, after establishment of letter of credit (in case of foreign bidder) or for despatch of the equipment within four (04) months after receipt of formal order (in case of indigenous bidder) failing which their offer will be rejected.
