項目背景：Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), India’s premier organization engaged in exploration and production of oil and gas, intends to Charter hire Drilling Rig with suitable marine support for Ultra Shallow water (Minimum water depth 6 Mtrs.) offshore operations in East coast of India, for around six months with 180 days mobilization time from the date of firm order. Tentative requirement of Rig will be in fourth quarter of 2017-18.

1. Company profile, organizational set up with details of professional, technical and financial capabilities for executing “Scope of Work” covered in above EOI (including details of participating companies in case of Consortium / Joint Venture etc.).
2. Details of Offshore Drilling Contracts completed in preceding last 3 years indicating:
1) Number of Offshore drilling Rigs operated.
2) Name of Operators
3) Details of contract executed including duration of Contract etc
3. Complete Technical details and Specification of the Rig(s).
