招標項目：HIRING OF TUBULAR INSPECTION SERVICES
工作內容：OGDCL invites well-established firms to quote proposals for provision of oilfield tubular inspection services for OGDCL own & contract rigs and bases in Pakistan for a period of two years on as and when required basis. The contract can be extended for 3rd year with mutual consent on same terms and conditions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
i) The oilfield tubular inspection companies with good reputation and having a minimum of five years active experience in carrying out oilfield tubular Goods Inspection Operations required to undertake the job.

ii) The service company will have the capability in respect of equipment personnel and transport to handle the four simultaneous OGDCL jobs of the same kind.

iii) The service company will have or will establish their liaison office in Islamabad for effective coordination & communication within 45 days after award of contract.

iv) Certified Inspector/Engineer should be able to speak/read English in a proficient manner and be in good health/eye sight with required qualification.

v) The bidder’s Engineer/Inspectors should have minimum of five years active experience in the required field and will be qualified to perform the tubular/ casing inspection as per recommended practice API 5A5 ,5CT & RP 7G-2 specifications & have valid MPI &PT(penetrant test) level-2 certification. CV’s to be attached with proposals.

vi) Details of inspection contracts during the last five years with proof including Contract copies, name of client and duration of work will be provided.

vii) Details of the inspection work experience of the each inspector for Drill Pipes. BHA & Casing inspection during the last 05 years including type of inspection, quantity of work, well and company name with complete address and contact telephone number.

viii) In case of non-submission of any of the above mentioned details the bids will be considered non-responsive.

COMMENCEMENT & DURATION OF CONTRACT
i). The contract will be effective from the date the agreement is signed or any other date mutually agreed in writing by the parties.
ii). The term of this contract will be for a period of twenty four (24) calendar months from the effective date of the same unless otherwise extended or terminated by giving 30 days notice in writing to the contractor.
