Oil and gas sales during the second quarter of 2016 were $15,824,000, as compared to $32,550,000 in the second quarter of 2015. Interest expense for the second quarter of 2016 decreased to $6,503,000, as compared to $8,596,000 in the second quarter of 2015. The Company continues to analyze a variety of options to address its liquidity needs, to reduce its overall financial leverage while maintaining a focus on reducing costs and preserving liquidity.
