招標項目： Trunk Line Phase 2 Seamless Steel Pipes
Basic information:
According to the latest Trunk line Phase 2 FEED design, and due to the line pipes of trunk line phase 1 is deficiency, there need to add the corresponding pipe material procurement. The diameter of the line pipes is from 16 inch to 18 inch. The total estimate quantity of the steel pipe procurement is 48 km. the actual purchase quantity of line pipes maybe adjust according to the actual trunk line project requirements. The line pipes shall be coating with external coating and internal coating.

Note:
1. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
1.1 Company does not accept agent bidding traders only manufacturers accepted.
1.2Supplier qualification: In accordance with America Petroleum Institute (API) certification of authorization to the supplier.
1.3The Supplier has its own whole process of iron smelting, steelmaking, and steel pipe manufacture factory.
1.4The Supplier must have its own anti-sulfur laboratory, and the laboratory needs to have ISO 17025 Certificate.
1.5 The Supplier shall ensure 90% of the iron ore are from Australia or Brazil at least.
1.6 Rules of origin for pipes: Steel plates used in Steel pipes must be labeled of the original country.
1.7 Scope of Business
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.
