注意事項：
1. Vendor shall submit relevant technical literature of the offered instrument with make and model, copy of the relevant approval along with the offer.
2. During supply vendor shall submit operation & Maintenance manual. Warranty certificate/approval etc. along with each instrument.
3. Vendor shall supply calibration certificate by OEM for the detector during supply.
4. Vendor shall clearly indicate the point wise acceptance/deviation against the above specification in the offer.
5. Vendor shall arrange to rectify the defect within two weeks from reporting the defect at site/owner premises specified by owner without any extra cost to the owner during warranty period.
