廠家要求：
1. Bidder must be manufacturer of the goods or authorized diler
2. Positive solvency D&B rating report (Applies to foreign companies (which are not registered on the territory of Serbia).
3. Experience in manufacturing and supply of isolation valves for coke drums with a diameter of at least 8″ for the last 5 years, no less than 30 units (refers only to LOT 2)
4. Experience in manufacturing and supply of 4-way valve for coke drums with a diameter of at least 8″ for the last 5 years, no less than 3 units (refers only to LOT 1)
