背景介紹：The Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL) has received a loan from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) towards the cost of Natural Gas Effeciency Project including Dhanua to Elenga and West Bank of Bangabandhu Bridge to Nalka Gas Transmission Pipeline Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the Contract for Horizontal Directional Drilling and Pipeline Installation at six river crossings on proposed 30” Dhanua to Elenga Pipeline.
參標要求：
1. Bidder must have experience of HDD work – at least one 01 (one) 350 meter x 30” OD Gas Transmission Pipeline across rivers in a single contract by HDD method on Design, procurement,supply, installation, testing & commissioning on turn-key basis within the last 5 (five) years in Bangladesh or South east Asia.
