技術參數：
1. Instrument shall be designed as per the latest specification of ASTM D 3241/ IP 323/ ISO 6249. To be supported by the relevant documents like launch date and year.
2. Instrument shall be of the latest design with k-type thermocouple as per the latest ASTM/IP/ISO method.
3. PC of suitable configuration as compatible with the instrument is to be supplied free of cost along with the basic instrument.
4. Instrument shall provide precise control of flow at 3.0 ml/min.
5. Instrument shall be able to maintain pressure between 450-550 psig or better.
6. Instrument shall have temperature range between 180-380 Deg. C.
7. Instrument shall be provided with a printer for taking printout of the results.
8. Should supply video tuberator for automated analyses of heater deposit rating.
9. Supplier shall also include any commissioning spares needed.
10. Supplier shall include and specify spares & consumables (including calibration standards) for about 500 tests.
11. Instrument & accessories must be for 230 V / 50 Hz operations. Available power supply: 230 V, 50 Hz, 1 ph
