注意事項：
1. Delivery schedule:
1) For supply in ISO tankers:
APS will be supplied through Iso-Container / Iso-tankers in FOUR lots of approx. 20-22.0 MT per lot in staggered manner as per delivery advice issued by IOCL. The delivery advice can be issued upto 01 year from the date of Purchase Order. The preferred delivery period for each lot shall be within 2 months from IOCL delivery advice.
2) For supply in drums:
APS will be supplied through DRUMS in 02 lots of approx. 05MT per lot in staggered manner as per delivery advice issued by IOCL. The call-up advice can be issued upto 01 year from the date of Purchase Order. The preferred delivery period for each lot shall be within 2 months from IOCL delivery Advice.
2. Shelf life of APS should be at least 12 months from the date of receipt of the chemical at site.
3. Vendor has to strictly adhere to the chemical delivery schedule.
4. IOCL will draw sample and analyze the sample in IOCL laboratory before acceptance. Vendor may be called for joint testing /weighment, if so desired by vendor.
