Tender information:
to seek a supplier to provide workover rig service
1.Provide one set of 650HP land workover rig no more than 9 years old equipped with maximum 7000 psi and 1500L/min Mud Pump, Maximum workover depth at least 5500m with 2 7/8”drill pipe, hook load minimum standard: Maximum load 1470KN,Maximum nominal load1350KN， comprehensive operation ability is no less than 140Ton, and 5000psi complete BOP system.
2. Provide qualified crew and personnel with good experience in the international market, and it will be better who has experience especially in the Middle East and Iraq.
3. Provide one fixed year and one optional year service for workover that the main operation included but not limited as following:
Perforation and Re-perforation completion;
l New ESP completion;
l ESP inspection and reparation;
l Water shut-off or profilecontrol;
l Tubing check with injection wells;
l Workover or downhole remedial operation;

4. The supplier shall build their base camp and provide catering service for all personnel on Company’s working site; all relevant cost will be charged by themselves.
5. The supplier shall be responsible for their own mobilization and demobilization and the relative cost between the origin of the rig and Al-Waha Ahdeb oilfield.
6. The supplier shall provide armored vehicle at their own cost to transport their expatriate staff between their base camp and working site.
7. Spud the first well in March of 2017

1. General introduction of theparticipants (including Manufacturerif applicable)
1.1 Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, technological capacity, scope of business and quality assurance capability etc.) and Qualification certificate —required
Note: Agent is not acceptable in this campaign.
2. Professional qualification documents of the participants (including manufacturerif applicable)
2.1Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications –required
3.Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three years and Bank credit certificates — required.
4.Numbers of this type of the rig to be supplied are currently been run by Participants.
5.The statistic of workover activities in the last 5 years detailed with year, country, operator, oil field, well depth, well type, work contents, etc.
6.HSE management system and HSE performance in recent years.
7.Repairing and maintenance workshop and facilities for Participants’ major equipment.
8.Participants’organization chart of management.
9．Other materials should be supplemented if needed
