The scope of work:
ORPIC, Aromatics Plant is planning a major turnaround in first quarter of 2017. Orpic is seeking to source support services for the inspection team from capable, competent, professional and experienced refractory inspector (API 936 certified) as detailed in the following sections.
Technical Requirements：
Contractor shall have minimum 10 years’ experience in similar inspection services. Also they should have participated in minimum 5 major shutdown inspections at Refinery and petrochemical industries. Contractor should be capable of mobilizing 1 refractory inspector for approximately 30 days. Qualification & experience of refractory inspector must comply with the requirements given in scope of work.
The bidders shall submit all the required documents with the bids as per “Tender Documentation Requirement”. This documentation requirement is mandatory and failure to provide or submit the complete Documents with the proposal may lead to the Contractor being disqualified from the bid. All the bids shall be evaluated as per “Technical Evaluation Criteria” provided in the Tender documents.
