招標內容：
Notice Inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) for Carrying Out Integrated Fracture Modeling For Basement, in 200 Square Kilometer Area of Mumbai High Field in Western Offshore Basin.

One of the activities for basement exploration is to carry out integrated fracture modeling which involves integration of seismic derived fracture attributes, petrophysics aided property modeling; with Geomechanical attributes from laboratory studies. Leading to generation of 3D Mechanical Earth Model (MEM) and identification of critically stressed fractures.

Qualification Criteria:
a. The interested companies would have its offices in India.
b. The study has to be carried out in work association mode with ONGC Geoscientists at Mumbai. No data to be used for the project can be taken out of India.
c. The companies must have a pool of experts with requisite technical expertise to carry out the task.
d. The companies must have completed at least two projects of similar nature in last 3 years.
e. The companies who can demonstrate a successful track record in carrying out such work should respond to this EOI by submitting following documents and details. The documents submitted must be in English, and legible.
